HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Domestic orders should arrive 7-10 days after order date.  International order should arrive 10-18 days after order date.  All customers will be provided a tracking number for their order once it ships.

HOW COME YOU ARE SOLD OUT OF WHAT I WANT?

Items sell out very fast through our online shop.  If you want a product stay up to date with us and be first to get it.

WHEN WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE IN STOCK OF A SOLD OUT ITEM?

Almost always...never.  We keep a certain amount of stock available for online customers, but once they are sold out, they are gone for good...no re-stocking.

WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM CALIFORNIA?

In order to provide you with the best order processing and shipping, our online shop logistics are handled by a partner based in CA.

After your first order is placed and processed you will be asked if you want to open an account with us.  If you decide to open an account, you will never need to enter in personal information again.  You will simply sign into your account upon checkout and thats it.
