SHIPPING

USA  --  We ship using USPS Priority Mail b/c it is the fastest/cheapest way to get you your goods.  Shipping rates start at $6.  All orders ship within 5 days of placement and delivery takes 3-6 days depending on where you live.  Most of the time your order will get to you within 5 business days of placing your order.  We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must made with the shipping carrier.

International  --  We ship internationally using USPS First Class International.  Shipping rates start at $12.  All orders ship within 5 days of placement and delivery takes 7-15 days depending on where you live.  Additional duties may apply to your package once it has entered your country,  DURKL is not responsible for these additional fees.  Customs law differs from country to country, so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must made with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges only.  No Refunds.  Please notify us about an exchange within 15 days after order date.

* Return the item in its original form (unworn and all original tags attached) with a copy of the original receipt.

* Include a note explaining what you want to exchange for.

* Ship the merchandise back using a trackable method such as FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

* We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is lacking sufficient information or if it appears to have been worn or used.
